OUR STORY
Founded on the principles of transparency, craftsmanship, and reliability, Permian Builders has grown into a trusted name in the construction industry. Erin Crawford, Owner and Chief Operating Officer, took over the company in 2017, continuing the legacy established by its original founder, Jim Crawford. With a passion for construction and over 25 years of experience, Erin leads the company with a focus on quality management, cost control, and on-time project delivery.
With a foundation built in residential luxury developments, Erin transitioned to large-scale commercial, hospitality, and retail construction. Her portfolio includes work on the Monarch Casino Resort & Spa and the Stonebrae Master Planned Community—a prestigious project featuring 650 luxury homes, new infrastructure, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a luxury clubhouse.

As the owner and driving force behind Permian Builders, LLC, Erin Crawford brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. With a Degree in Construction Management from California State University, East Bay, she has managed large-scale projects in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail construction.
After working with leading construction firms and overseeing major developments, Erin took ownership of Permian Builders in 2017, continuing its legacy of quality craftsmanship, integrity, and client-focused service. Her expertise in project management, cost control, and strategic planning ensures that every project is executed with precision and efficiency.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, Will Smith is a seasoned superintendent known for his commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety. Having worked on tenant improvements, ground-up projects, and large-scale renovations, Will excels in coordinating teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring superior craftsmanship.
His extensive background includes site management, heavy equipment operation, and structural oversight, making him a key leader in delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Natalie oversees the daily operations, financial management, and administrative processes at Permian Builders. She ensures contracts, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking run smoothly, keeping projects on schedule.
